VK1000-EX

VK1000-EX is CAN-bus based weighing system for excavators. The system measures material weight during normal lift motion. Weighing is based on to the pressure of the lift cylinders and the boom and the arm positions. Positions of the boom and the arm is measured by the contactless angle sensor, so called inertial measurement unit (IMU).

Some basic properties:

  • Automatic, dynamic weighing during the boom lift motion

  • Weighing is possible in anywhere of the boom and arm positions

  • Weighing position can be set to most optimal height, according the job

  • Swing and angle compensation

    - Weighing unit
    - Lift boom sensor

    - Pressure sensors
